We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.
Are Tero Footwear products made from sustainable materials?

Do you offer a warranty on your footwear?
Every pair of Tero shoes comes with a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear or improper care.
