At Tero FootWear, we want you to walk with confidence. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn footwear back in its original box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
